Justin Carr

Justin Carr is an associate in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office. 

Areas of Practice

Justin represents a diverse range of lending clients, including national and regional banks, publicly traded companies, debt funds, life insurance companies, and other financial institutions. His practice focuses on many aspects of real estate finance, with a particular focus on experience in construction lending, syndicated loan transactions, and bridge financing. Justin takes a practical, solutions-driven approach to structuring and executing complex financial transactions.

Before practicing law, Justin developed his business acumen as an account executive at a leading technology firm, where he advised large enterprise public and private companies on technology solutions to optimize their operations. His experience in the corporate sector gives him valuable insight into the financial and strategic considerations that impact lenders and borrowers alike.

Justin earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree in Global Management from Bucknell University, with a minor in Mandarin.

Justin is passionate about supporting cancer-related causes, and is involved with his alma mater’s alumni community. He is an avid skier, a lifelong car enthusiast, and a dedicated Cleveland Browns fan.
