Kylie Arman is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.

Areas of Practice

Kylie represents clients in a wide variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.

Kylie graduated from UC Law San Francisco, where she concentrated her studies in Intellectual Property law. While in law school, Kylie was the co-Editor-in-Chief of the UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal, as well as Vice President of the Entertainment Law Society. During law school, Kylie interned for NBCUniversal and the Wikimedia Foundation.

Prior to law school, Kylie worked at Walt Disney Pictures, Walt Disney Television, 20th Century Fox Television, and the boutique law firm Ziffren Brittenham LLP.
