Kendal is part of Sheppard Mullin’s nationally recognized team representing clients in some of the most high-profile trust and estate conflicts in the country. She is an experienced litigator and has spent the past twelve years representing individuals, families, professional fiduciaries, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, executors, administrators, creditors, corporations, non-profit organizations, conservators, and guardians in a wide range of matters at the both the superior court and appellate court level. Her experience includes matters involving elder abuse, trust and will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, disputed accountings, property ownership disputes, and contested conservatorships. Although based in Silicon Valley, she has litigated matters in courts throughout the State of California and on the East Coast.
Kendal is active in the Bay Area legal community and is a member of the San Francisco County Bar Association, Silicon Valley Bar Association, and San Mateo Bar Association, for which she serves as Co-Chair of the Probate Section. She has been consistently recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer and was named as a Best Lawyer in America in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
