Katherine Jones Turke

Katherine Jones is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office. 

Areas of Practice

Kate represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, defense, financial services, entertainment, manufacturing and consumer services. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, venture capital, and joint ventures and strategic alliances.

In the healthcare industry, Kate has assisted clients with multiple complex healthcare acquisition and sale transactions relating to for-profit and nonprofit healthcare organizations.  She is experienced in transaction documentation, efficient management of due diligence investigation process, management of multiple stakeholder interests and transaction approval process.  Recent transactions include the sales of PriMed Physicians to Yale New Haven Health System and Greater Colorado Anesthesia to private equity sponsored U.S. Anesthesia Partners.
