Areas of Practice

Lorna represents employers in all areas of labor and employment. Her practice includes representing employers in all aspects of employment-related matters in state and federal courts, including defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Lorna also counsels employers on a wide range of employment issues, such as employee handbooks, leaves of absence, employee classification, and employment law compliance.
