Lotan counsels on current regulatory and transactional issues within the health care sphere. She regularly provides clients with advice on key state and federal health care regulatory requirements, including compliance with the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, licensing matters, Medicare conditions of participation, and state fee-splitting, self-referral, and corporate practice of medicine restrictions. She has also counseled clients on HIPAA matters and other regulatory compliance matters. Lotan is an Associate Lead of Healthy AI, a subgroup focused on developing expertise, and engaging with others, on the use of artificial intelligence in health care settings.
