At the firm, Madhav handles health care regulatory and transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, where he conducts comprehensive due diligence, drafts transaction documents, and manages regulatory approvals necessary for closing deals, especially in pharmacy industry. His expertise also extends to advising clients on compliance with FDA, DEA, and state regulations, and he plays a pivotal role in reviewing and enhancing compliance programs for health care clients to mitigate regulatory risks.
