Areas of Practice
Michelle has extensive experience litigating commercial and construction-related claims on behalf of commercial clients, contractors, and sureties in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey, and before arbitration panels. She has been involved in numerous matters relating to business disputes, breach of contract issues, delay damage claims, mechanic’s liens, and construction defects.
During law school, Michelle interned for the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the Southern District of New York
