Overview
Moriah Dworkin is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's Century City office. She is an associate co-lead of the Technology Transactions Team and the Artificial Intelligence Team.
Areas of Practice
Moriah concentrates her practice on technology transactions and intellectual property law. She assists clients with drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements for software, SaaS, technology services, logistics, marketing, intellectual property licensing, sourcing and distribution agreements, and other commercial and transactional matters. She counsels clients on product launches and other regulatory issues for prominent technology, gaming, social media, healthcare, edtech, and retail clients. Moriah also has experience counseling technology companies ranging from early-stage to global organizations in complex business transactions including mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments.
Moriah has worked with in-house legal partners, as well as directly with business stakeholders, through her time in multiple secondments as in-house product and commercial counsel. Moriah has industry expertise in issues related to interactive entertainment (including video games, metaverses, AR, VR), IoT, and AI.
