Max is an associate in the Finance & Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm’s Orange County office.

Areas of Practice

Max is a member of the firm’s Consumer Finance and Blockchain & Fintech Teams. Max’s practice encompasses counseling banks, fintechs, and other non-bank institutions offering financial products or services on a variety of federal and state compliance matters.

Max has advised clients on matters such as bank-fintech partnership compliance, lender-placed insurance, credit card products, and UDAAP and true lender risk. Max also has experience advising companies to effectively respond to civil investigative demands issued by the CFPB and other consumer finance regulators.
