Sheppard Mullin brings on former Deputy Chief Trial Counsel at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, Thomas Dillickrath, who views the move as, "an opportunity for me to help the firm grow and solidify it as a destination for antitrust work.” Dillickrath also commented, "I have done a lot of work in the energy and chemical industries, and I want to expand on that. The firm is ensconced in high tech world on the West Coast, and I am looking to use my high tech experience to help them in that area as well."
