MTA Renovations Lack Access For Disabled Riders, Suit Says
Daniel Brown comments on a class action brought by commuters in New York for the lack of accommodations in the Subway system for those with disabilities. "When the ADA was passed in 1990, President Bush proclaimed 'Let the shameful wall of exclusion finally come tumbling down,'" Brown said. "The fact that 30 years later people with disabilities are still excluded from the NYC subway system is shameful." Brown represents the class in this case.
