Michaela Goldstein is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Areas of Practice
Michaela represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration, and at administrative hearings. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing employers in the defense of single-plaintiff claims, including for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Michaela also represents employers in class, collective, and representative actions, including for claims based on meal periods and rest breaks, overtime, misclassification, and inaccurate wage statements.
Michaela has experience representing employers in a variety of industries including financial services, banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and the pharmaceutical industry.
