Overview

Morgan Peterson is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. 

Areas of Practice

Morgan represents employers across a variety of industries in litigation and arbitration in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour and whistleblower matters in both the single plaintiff and class and collective action contexts. She has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation, including through trial. Morgan also counsels employers on a diverse range of workplace issues and has experience developing and updating company handbooks and training workforces on workplace discrimination and harassment prevention.

Prior to joining the firm, Morgan was an associate in the labor and employment department at an international law firm where she represented employers in all stages of litigation and provided advice, counseling, and training to employers across a variety of industries including healthcare, media and entertainment, sports, finance, and aviation.

Morgan received her law degree from the University of California, Irvine, where she served as an Executive Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and spent four semesters working in the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic.
