Areas of Practice

Marta’s practice focuses on sanctions, export, import, anti-bribery, and foreign investment issues under the U.S. and EU regimes.

Marta is a member of the Barcelona bar and holds an LL.M in International Trade and Investment Law from Maastricht University. Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Marta completed a traineeship at the European Commission (DG Trade, unit on the Legal Aspects of Trade, Sustainable Development and Investment).
