Megan Ricker

Megan Ricker is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office. 

Areas of Practice

Megan represents companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, and other general corporate matters. She has served clients in a wide range of industries including technology, fashion, hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare and aerospace and defense.

Megan received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Megan worked in the Small Business Clinic providing legal assistance to startup companies, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. Megan served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Southern California Law Review. In this position, she managed and drafted the “Write-On” competition for law review placement and reviewed and selected student notes for publication. Prior to law school, Megan attended the University of Florida, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Megan is an oboist in the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic.
