Max Rogers is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Chicago office. 

Areas of Practice

Max's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, antitrust, financial services litigation, class action defense and multidistrict litigation in trial and appellate courts. Before joining Sheppard Mullin, he was a litigation associate at an AmLaw 10 law firm.

Max’s litigation practice spans numerous industries, including financial services, technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, insurance, and private equity industries.
