Areas of Practice
Molly advises both private and public companies in a variety of general corporate transactional and governance matters, including intellectual property licensing, securities compliance & filings, EB-5 project financing, emerging company & venture capital, commercial transactions, and the formation & operation of business entities.
During her time as a Summer Associate, Molly earned recognition for her collaborative article with James Gatto, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group at the Washington, D.C. office, titled “NFT License Breakdown: Exploring Different Marketplaces and Associated License Issues.”
