Areas of Practice
Marko’s real estate transactional practice focuses on real property development, purchase and sale, leasing, and land use due diligence. He represents developers in small-scale and large-scale complex real estate purchase and sale transactions involved with commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects throughout California. Marko drafts and negotiates agreements with public agencies and private property owners concerning the use and development of real property, including purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements and covenant agreements. In addition, he advises commercial and industrial building owners and tenants in the structuring, documentation and negotiation of office, retail and industrial use leases and related occupancy agreements in suburban office park developments and downtown commercial district buildings.
