Nicole routinely employs transfer tax mitigation techniques such as intentionally defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and family limited partnerships, among others, to best help clients structure tax-efficient wealth transfers.
