Areas of Practice
Nina’s practice encompasses general commercial litigation and government investigations. She has experience working on complex business and trade secrets litigation and with clients who are being investigated by regulatory bodies such as the SEC and FINRA. Nina also maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, Nina served as a Graduate Student Instructor for the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, where she taught upper-level undergraduate writing courses in Russian literature, Polish film, and philosophy. Prior to law school, Nina worked at a university in Saratov, Russia, as an English Teaching Assistant as part of the Fulbright Program.
