Overview
Ozichi is an Associate with the Entertainment, Technology, and Advertising group. She leverages her legal and creative background to assist industry innovators and players in achieving their goals in collaborative projects.
Her core practice includes negotiating development and production deals for film, TV, and podcasts on behalf of studio-clients such as Amazon Studios and Wondery. She also advises and represents individuals in contractual matters such as influencer agreements and brand licensing deals. She seeks to offer premium customer service to all her clients, ensuring each receives a tailored experience where their needs are heard and their interests are diligently pursued.
Ozichi received her J.D. from University of California Los Angeles where she specialized in Media, Entertainment and Technology and served as the co-president of the Fashion and Beauty Law Association. In addition, she served as a co-host for Dialectic, the supplemental podcast for the U.C.L.A. Law Review.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Ozichi was a professional model. She is a Bay Area native who proudly reps both her home region and Los Angeles. In her spare time, she enjoys creative writing (particularly exploring her experience as a first-generation Nigerian), oil painting, reading, and travelling.
