Mr. Daucher has represented clients in a wide range of industries including technology, consumer products, fiduciary services, food and alcohol, sports marketing and equipment, health care, entertainment, and energy. In addition, Mr. Daucher helps clients develop, protect, and exploit their intellectual property portfolios.
Mr. Daucher has represented a variety of large and small businesses including Taylor Made Golf Company, Eveready Battery Company, E&J Gallo Winery, Iron Grip Barbell Company, adidas-Salomon, General Electric Capital Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank, Comerica Bank, LaSalle Business Credit, Bank of America, Alcatel, Daewoo Motor America, Cambrex Corporation, Northern Trust, and Graver Technologies (a Marmon Group subsidiary).

Mr. Daucher is licensed in California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and also before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
