Areas of Practice
Patrick’s practice focuses on advising clients on corporate transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital financings. He also advises clients on general corporate formation and governance and day-to-day legal and commercial matters. He works intimately with clients on transactions from a wide range of industries, including supplements, media, healthcare, technology, insurance, logistics, and manufacturing.
Patrick is a 2019 graduate of Fordham University School of Law where he served as the Online Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.

- Represented Biocidin Botanicals, a pioneer in botanical based nutrition products, in its acquisition by CoreCell Biosciences, an emerging industry leading manufacturer and distributor of dietary supplements intended for foundational health benefits.
- Represented GKIDS in its sale to Toho Co., Ltd.
- Represented Bison Capital in its investment in Wyo-Ben, a bentonite mining company.
- Represented US Pharma Lab, a leading US-based supplements CDMO in connection with its acquisition by Biofarma, a leading Italy-based CDMO and a portfolio company of Ardian.
- Represented SAP technology and consulting firm in a sale to a public multinational information technology services and consulting company.
- Represented Thomson Reuters Corporation in the sale of its Checkpoint Learning and West LegalEdcenter business lines to CeriFi, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners.
