Andy Guilford Ranked by Daily Journal EXTRA as Top 100 Attorney

Andy Guilford, Orange County-based Sheppard Mullin partner, has been named as one of California's "Top 100" influential attorneys in the September 27 issue of Daily Journal EXTRA. The publication states "Guilford fended off two lawsuits collectively seeking $45 million from Wells Fargo, one claiming wrongful foreclosure and the other an improper wire transfer. Up next: defending a patent on DNA technology for biotech giant Beckman Coulter. A fabled do-gooder, he also helped draft the state's new rules on multijurisdictional practice and, as president of the Public Law Center, bumped up its budget 10 percent. 'He's probably done more as a leader in Orange County than any other leaders I can think of in the last 30 years.'"
