Sheppard Mullin Represents M&T Bank in Extension and Modification of a $108 Million Mortgage Loan for Brooklyn Office Building

The firm advised M&T Bank in connection with negotiating the extension and modification of a $108 million mortgage loan to Two Trees Management Co. LLC for the property at 20 Jay St., an 11-story office building in Brooklyn's Dumbo neighborhood. The property, which dates back to 1912, includes 443,000 square feet of office space and features a landscaped roof deck, four passenger elevators, a freight elevator and a parking garage.
