A Sheppard Mullin Corporate team represented Sia Partners, a leading international next-gen management and AI consulting firm, in its acquisition of Notion Consulting, LLC. Notion is a strategic leadership and organizational change consultancy that helps leaders tackle their most complex business challenges, including transformation, restructuring, strategy launches, process and technology implementations and executive transitions.
The deal team that represented Sia Partners was led by New York partner Valérie Demont and New York associate Teresita Acedo and included partners Niya Tang and Sean Kirby, associates Betsy Luxenberg and Michael Weisshar and attorney Meghan Lombardo.
