Sheppard Mullin Healthcare Team Advised Zone 2 Partners and Lineage LLC in Acquisition of Aesthetx Surgery Center
Sheppard Mullin represented Zone 2 Partners, LLC, a privately held, women-led, healthcare-focused investment management firm in establishing Lineage LLC, its new platform that manages plastic surgery and dermatology services. The firm also advised Lineage in acquiring Aesthetx Surgery Center and the assets of Aesthetx, its affiliated medical practice and executed a long-term agreement with Aesthetx to manage its non-clinical operations.
The deal team was led by Sheppard Mullin Private Equity team co-leader Aytan Dahukey and associates Kathleen O’Neill, Bryan Lanfranco Ferreyra and Julia D’Errico.
