Once completed, the 331-acre development will include new terminal buildings, commercial and individual hangars, a hotel, restaurant, a solar field and other new city infrastructure, and will create an estimated 2,500 jobs and have an $1.5 billion economic impact on the region.
The Sheppard Mullin team included partners Whitney Hodges, Richard Friedman, Paul Seeley, special counsel Jeff Gardner, and associates Lauren Stewart and Allison Wong.
