Sheppard Mullin Hosts High Profile Event for Mexican Ambassador

The leader of Sheppard Mullin's Hispanic/Latino Business Group, Del Mar Heights-based partner Jerry Gumpel, provided opening remarks and introduced featured speaker Ricardo Pascoe, chief of staff to Mexican presidential candidate Felipe Calderon, at a luncheon event on June 13. Pascoe was previously Mexico's Ambassador to Cuba (President Fox's appointee). Sheppard Mullin was a major sponsor and host of the Los Angeles City Club event. Ambassador Pascoe's presentation in Los Angeles was an objective, scholarly discussion concerning the impact of Mexico's upcoming elections on business in the U.S. and Mexico.
