Glusky's clients include emerging growth and later-stage companies, venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds and corporate acquirors.
"Shon's practice dovetails nicely with our transactional strengths in M&A and private equity. His joining the Corporate practice group and the New York office makes us even stronger," said Guy Halgren, chairman of Sheppard Mullin.
Commented Glusky, "I am excited to rejoin former colleagues at Sheppard Mullin, including Carren Shulman, Blaine Templeman and Jonathan Stoler, and to continue to expand the New York corporate practice. Sheppard Mullin is a top-notch full service firm that offers an excellent transactional platform.
