Sheppard Mullin Represents United American Bank in Merger with Heritage Bank of Commerce

Sheppard Mullin represented United American Bank, a full service commercial bank located in San Mateo County with three full-service branches located in San Mateo, Redwood City and Half Moon Bay, in its merger with Heritage Bank of Commerce. As of March 31, 2018, United American Bank had $319.7 million in assets, $286.6 million in deposits, and $218.3 million in net loans.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner David Gershon, included partners Keith Gercken and John Stigi; and associates John Crisp, Omar Hashim, and Monica Youssef.
