Sheppard Mullin Advises MicroPact in Sale to Tyler Technologies
Arlington Capital Partners announced on February 1 that Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) is acquiring its portfolio company MicroPact, Inc., a leading provider of specialized, vertically oriented case management and business process management (BPM) applications for government.
Sheppard Mullin served as counsel to Arlington Capital Partners and MicroPact.
