Sheppard Mullin Represents Endeavor Robotic Holdings in $385M Sale to FLIR Systems
Sheppard Mullin is representing Endeavor Robotics Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (ACP), in connection with its $385 million sale to FLIR Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLIR). Endeavor Robotics Holdings is a leading developer of battle-tested, tactical unmanned ground vehicles. FLIR Systems is a world-leading maker of sensor systems that enhance perception and heighten awareness, helping to save lives, improve productivity, and protect the environment.
The deal team is led by Washington, D.C. partners Luca Salvi and Frank Bacelli and includes DC associates Cedric Powell, Jeff Bowling, John Peshtaz and Felicia Xu.
