Sheppard Mullin Represents Arlington Capital Partners in Agreement to Sell Quantum Spatial for $303 Million
Sheppard Mullin represented Arlington Capital Partners in its agreement to sell Quantum Spatial to NV5 Global (NASDAQ: NVEE) for $302.5 million. Quantum Spatial, one of the nation's largest independent geospatial data firms, provides geographic insights to government and corporate organizations that need geospatial intelligence to mitigate risk, plan for growth, better manage resources, and advance scientific understanding. NV5 Global provides professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions and is ranked #34 on the Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms list. The transaction is expected to close in December.
