Sheppard Mullin Represents Lakin Tire in Acquisition By Liberty Tire

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Lakin Tire, one of the most established and technologically advanced tire removal and recycling companies in the U.S., in the sale of its equity to Liberty Tire, an affiliate of The Carlyle Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Sheppard Mullin team, led by partner Larry Braun and special counsel Christopher Froelich, included partners John Booher, Frank Dworak, Gregor Schick and Andre Cronthall; and associates Laura Baptista, John Crisp and Matthew Holbrook.
