Sheppard Mullin Represents Us Metro Bancorp In Successful Offering Of $10 Million Of Sub Debt

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented US Metro Bancorp (OTC Pink: USMT) in a private placement of $10 million in aggregate principal amount of subordinated notes to certain qualified institutional and other accredited investors. The company will use the net proceeds of the notes offering for growth, acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
The Sheppard Mullin team that worked with US Metro Bancorp, the placement agent (Janney Montgomery Scott) and the placement agent’s counsel (Godfrey & Kahn) to get the offering completed in less than two weeks included partners David Gershon and Jordan Hamburger.
