Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP represented Keyes Motors, Inc., a leader in the automotive industry and one of the most successful dealer groups in Los Angeles, in the sale of 9 of their dealerships to Lithia Motors, Inc., one of the largest automotive group retailers in the United States and among the fastest growing companies in the Fortune 500 with 211 stores in 18 states. Included in the sale were Keyes European/Mercedes-Benz, Keyes Audi, Audi Valencia, Keyes Lexus, Keyes Lexus of Valencia, Keyes Hyundai, Keyes Mission Hills Hyundai. and Bell Road Toyota. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
