Sheppard Mullin Welcomes New Chief Business Development And Marketing Officer Christie Cáceres
Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP is pleased to announce that Christie Cáceres has joined the firm as Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer. Cáceres was most recently the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Sidley Austin. Prior to Sidley, Cáceres held senior marketing roles at Foley & Lardner and Seyfarth Shaw.

Cáceres will lead Sheppard Mullin’s firmwide marketing and business development efforts in alignment with the firm’s strategic emphasis on Clients First, the firm’s philosophical approach to doing business that focuses on client relationships and ensuring that clients get the best possible legal and business counsel.
Cáceres has spent her entire career in legal marketing. In her most recent role (at Sidley Austin where she was the Director of Business Development and Marketing), she oversaw a team of nearly 20 professionals who provided marketing and business development support to Sidley’s corporate and transactional practices. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is currently a member of the board of advisors of the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO). Cáceres is also active in charitable and community leadership roles. She currently serves on the Board of TotalLink2 Community, which provides innovative programs and services that teach critical life skills to help prepare young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities for the world of work, and is a member of Executive Board of her local Parent Teacher Organization.
