Sheppard Mullin Represents BlueHalo in Two Acquisitions
Sheppard Mullin advised Arlington Capital Partners and its portfolio company BlueHalo, a leading provider to the national security community of critical capabilities and technologies across Space Superiority, Space Technology, Directed Energy/c-UAS, Autonomy, Advanced RF, Cyber, and SIGINT, in two acquisitions this month.
- On November 8, BlueHalo announced its acquisition of Citadel Defense Company. Headquartered in San Diego, California, Citadel develops advanced counter-unmanned aerial systems technology utilized by customers within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, as well as civilian, commercial, and international markets. - On November 23, BlueHalo announced its acquisition of Asymmetrik Ltd., a leading developer of software solutions and technology tools used to enable the Intelligence Community's most advanced programs. Read the press release here.
