Sheppard Mullin Represents Littlejohn & Co. and Interstate West Services, Inc. in Acquisition of Solterra Recycling Solutions

Sheppard Mullin advised private investment firm Littlejohn & Co. and its portfolio company Interstate West Services (IWS) in the acquisition of Solterra Recycling Solutions (Solterra). Solterra is a non-hazardous solid waste, organic waste and recycling collection provider based in Ewing Township, New Jersey, serving residential and commercial customers throughout central New Jersey and the Philadelphia market.
The deal team representing Littlejohn and IWS was led by partner Shon Glusky and included partners James Ritter, Michael Baranovic and Dmitriy Chelnitsky, special counsel Kenneth Peterson, Jr. and Amanda Ackerman, and associates Jarred Ramo and Christina Nguyen.
