Sheppard Mullin Represents Bellami, LLC in Acquisition by Beauty Industry Group

Sheppard Mullin advised Bellami, LLC, a premium brand driving innovation in the hair extensions and hair enhancement solutions in the beauty industry, in its equity sale to portfolio company Beauty Industry Group (BIG), an industry leader for professionally installed hair extensions and related beauty products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal team representing Bellami was led by partner Steve LaSala and associate Rambod Peykar and included partners Larry Braun, Leo Caseria, Justin Hepworth, Frank Dworak, Greg Schick, Michael Chan and John Crisp; special counsel Lidore DeRose; and associates Karen Shilyan, Joseph Antel, Aaron Duffy and Michael Weisshar.
