Sheppard Mullin Represents Vanguard Electronics in Sales of Equity Interests to iNRCORE, LLC
Sheppard Mullin represented Vanguard Electronics, LLC in the sale of all of its equity interests to iNRCORE, LLC, a portfolio company of private equity firm The Jordan Company. Vanguard is a US-based manufacturer with more than 60 years in designing, manufacturing and supplying inductors and transformers used in various industries, including aerospace & defense, space, medical and oil & gas sectors. Prior to the closing, the deal Sheppard Mullin team worked closely with the equity holders of Vanguard to carry out an internal restructuring and address various deal considerations. The transaction also involved direct and indirect transfers of equity interests of Vanguard’s Mexico subsidiary, Electronica Vanguard, S.A. de C.V.
