Sheppard Mullin is advising FoxWayne Enterprises Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in connection with its recently announced proposed business combination transaction with Clover, Inc., a mobile live streaming and dating platform providing social connection and community to millions of young adult singles across the globe.
