Philip Thompson is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. 

Areas of Practice

Philip’s practice focuses on complex business matters in a wide range of industries including telecommunications and healthcare.

Philip is committed to his pro bono practice, including representing the family of a victim of unfair police treatment.

Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Philip attended Vanderbilt Law School where he was a Managing Editor of the Journal of Entertainment and Technology. He also has experience as a student intern for the Loyola Law School Project for the Innocent where he assisted on a Habeas Corpus petition on behalf of a wrongfully convicted woman.
