Overview

Paul Tyson is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group and a member of the Construction Litigation Team.

Areas of Practice

Paul represents clients in business disputes with an emphasis on construction and general commercial litigation. He represents owners, developers, investors, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and product manufacturers in the prosecution and defense of claims arising out of public and private construction projects. Paul has experience litigating disputes involving contracts, construction claims, construction defect, extra work, changed conditions, warranty, delay, disruption, acceleration, contract interpretation, mechanic’s liens, stop notice and payment/performance bonds. Paul also handles business and commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and professional liability.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Paul was a U.S. Navy Pilot, flying the H-60 Seahawk in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
