As a Co-Managing Partner of the firm for 18 years, Robert oversaw the strategic growth of practices, industry and client teams, and offices and now serves in an advisory role to firm management. The special projects under Robert’s purview include innovation initiatives such as GenAI, industry and client team initiatives, and legal project management. He continues to serve on the firm’s Executive Committee.

Before Robert’s transition to management roles at the firm, he specialized in complex civil litigation and intellectual property disputes, with an emphasis in unfair competition, securities, trade secret, patent and professional liability litigation.
