Robert counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions across a wide range of industries that include Interactive Media, Food & Beverage, and Technology, among others. His experience includes advising private equity sponsors, public companies, and closely-held companies and their owners on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and formation, corporate governance, guidance on day-to-day operational matters, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
