Shana Hood is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.

Areas of Practice

Having served as general counsel of publicly traded and private companies following years of experience at large global law firms as corporate and securities counsel, Shana has extensive experience advising companies in diverse lifecycle stages. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of financing and growth transactions, including public offerings, private placements and M&A transactions. She regularly advises clients in securities law and stock exchange compliance, SEC reporting and corporate governance matters. Shana works effectively with management and boards of directors to advise and support companies through not only strategic and significant matters, but also with day-to-day operations.
