Sean Mann-O'Halloran is an associate in the Business Trial Practice and Bankruptcy and Restructuring Groups in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office.
Areas of Practice
Sean is a seasoned trial attorney who focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters and bankruptcy. He has litigated contract and business tort cases, trade secret actions, shareholder fraud actions, unfair competition claims and employment actions. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries including real estate, food and beverage, energy, bio-technology, financial services, and hospitality.
Sean has extensive trial experience as a plaintiff and defendant, including before the San Diego Superior Court and Massachusetts Superior Court. Sean also has extensive arbitration experience and has appeared on behalf of clients in arbitrations before JAMS and the American Arbitration Association. Sean has successfully obtained jury verdicts exceeding $2.5 million and arbitration awards exceeding $10 million.
Sean has an active pro bono practice including advocacy for children in the foster care system and obtaining asylum for Afghan nationals. He is a proud member of the Young Professionals Unit of the Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, working in partnership with Rady Children’s Hospital to support its mission.
Beyond litigation, Sean has provided guidance to domestic and international corporate clients on compliance with federal and state banking regulations and contractual obligations.
